GET INVOLVED • OUR HONEY

Local Honey from our Hives

Enjoy a taste of Lewes with raw, local honey harvested from the Lewes Beekeeping Club's own apiaries. Proceeds from honey sales help support our apiaries, purchase equipment and supplies, and fund educational programs and community events.

Our Honey

Our bees forage on local wildflowers, clover, and seasonal blooms, producing honey that reflects the natural surroundings of coastal Delaware. We carefully harvest only the honey our colonies can spare, making sure our bees have what they need to thrive.

GIVING BACK

Each year, we donate 10% of our honey sales to an organization that supports bees and beekeeping. From our 2025 sales, we're donating $700 to Heifer International to help provide 23 beehives to families in need around the world.

WHERE TO FIND OUR HONEY

Our honey is available at select local locations throughout the year. Follow the Lewes Beekeeping Club on Facebook for updates on where you can purchase a jar.
